Hi there!
My name is Fabienne Konings, I’m 32 years old, and I live in Rotterdam. In July 2020, I graduated as a skin therapist. While I’ve always had a strong passion for skincare, over time I realised that maintaining healthy skin involves much more than what we apply externally. I began to feel the need for more depth in my work.

As I treated more clients, I noticed that emotional well-being, stress, and lifestyle play a crucial role in skin health. Simply treating the surface didn’t feel complete anymore. I started asking myself: What else influences the skin, and how can I help on a deeper level?

That’s when I turned to yoga. Practising yoga several times a week became a way for me to find peace during difficult times. It helped me calm my mind and reconnect with myself — something I feel is essential in the fast-paced society we live in today. Yoga has taught me to slow down amidst the fast pace of modern society and to turn inward, rather than constantly seeking external solutions. It has guided me to do the inner work — to listen, reflect, and reconnect with myself on a deeper level.

I no longer want to focus solely on treating the skin — I want to look at the bigger picture. The mind, body, and soul are all connected. That’s why I’m diving deeper into holistic approaches, including Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing system that promotes balance in all areas of life.

Through my blog and platform, I hope to inspire others to care for themselves. I share blogs, tips, and videos on beauty, yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, nutrition, and positive thinking. My goal is to support others in feeling good both physically and mentally, and to show that glowing skin is often the result of an aligned and nourished life.
