What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for 5 to 7 minutes. This creates a deep stretch in the connective tissues and stimulates the meridians, allowing energy to flow freely once again.

Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.

Barefoot practice: Yoga is practiced barefoot

Booking: Reserve your spot online in advance
Payment: Payments can be made securely via iDEAL
What to bring: Your own yoga mat and a water bottle
Props provided: Bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be ready for you
Clothing: Please arrive in comfortable yoga clothes – no changing room available
Arrival time: Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts
Cancellation policy: Cancel at least 8 hours before the class; late cancellations will not be refunded.
5-Class Yoga Package
I offer a package of 5 yoga sessions for €70.
The sessions can be scheduled at your own pace and used within 4 months. After purchase, you will receive a personal code that is just for you. Each time you book a session, enter your code, so you won’t need to make a separate payment for every class.
